Toby is of counsel to the Chenoweth Law Group. He has 20 years of experience practicing in corporate finance, securities law, general business, real estate transactions and estate planning. He assists emerging growth businesses with organization, finance, and acquisition/divestiture activities. Toby also works with a number of registered investment advisors and broker dealers with securities registration issues. Prior to joining Chenoweth Law Group, Toby had his own practice. His past work affiliations include partnership in a large Pacific Northwest law firm and working for Deloitte & Touche as a tax attorney.
